From 2007 until Gary Post’s resignation in 2014, Gary Post was licensed with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. Gary Post was subsequently licensed with National Securities Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, Gary Post resigned from Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. on August 25, 2014. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. reported to FINRA that Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. had been reviewing Gary Post’s handling of customer accounts after the settlement of the [customer] arbitration.
FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Gary Post’s conduct with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Inc. was filed, alleging unsuitable recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty and failure to supervise. This arbitration claim settled for $935,000.
FINRA also reports that two previously filed complaints and/or arbitration claims involving Gary Post’s conduct with prior employers were settled.
