Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Fontaine Boutwell a/k/a Fontaine Boggs and Fontaine Boutwell Randall Fired by Allstate Financial Services, LLC and Barred from Securities Industry
From 2002 until Fontaine Boutwell’s firing in 2015, Fontaine Boutwell was licensed with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Fontaine Boutwell was fired by Allstate Financial Services, LLC on December 10, 2015. Allstate Financial Services, LLC reported to FINRA that Fontaine Boutwell was accused of failing to fully respond and provide documentation regarding possible U4 amendment issue.
Subsequent to Fontaine Boutwell’s firing by Allstate Financial Services, LLC, FINRA investigated Fontaine Boutwell and brought a disciplinary action against Fontaine Boutwell. Fontaine Boutwell was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on September 19, 2016. FINRA reports that Fontaine Boutwell failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
