Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Eric William Kuchel (Eric Kuchel) Barred from Securities Industry and Fired by LPL Financial LLC
From 2014 until Eric Kuchel’s firing in 2015, Eric Kuchel was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. Eric Kuchel was previously licensed with Crown Capital Securities, L.P. According to FINRA’s records, Eric Kuchel was fired by LPL Financial LLC on November 19, 2015. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Eric Kuchel was fired after being accused of failing to appear for required on the record interview with FINRA.
Subsequent to Eric Kuchel’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Eric Kuchel. FINRA barred Eric Kuchel from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Eric Kuchel failed to appear at FINRA on-the-record testimony in connection with an investigation into, among other things, certain mutual fund transactions and whether he participated in a private securities transaction.
FINRA reports an arbitration claim against Eric Kuchel alleging sales practice violations. The allegations included lack of suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and failure to supervise in connection with the sale of various nontraded real estate investment trusts and tenant in common real estate investments. The customer was awarded $277,489.
