Edward Gardner was licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC from 2003 to 2013. Edward Gardner was suspended from the securities and investment banking industry for 15 days and fined $5,000 by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). FINRA reports that Edward Gardner consented to the sanctions and to the entry of the findings that Edward Gardner executed trades in the accounts of customers using discretion without obtaining written authorization from the customers or approval from Edward Gardner’s member firm. Based on this, according to FINRA, Edward Gardner violated NASD Conduct Rule 2510(b) and FINRA Rule 2010.
