From 2008 until Edward Vincent’s firing in 2015, Edward Vincent was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Edward Vincent was fired by LPL Financial LLC on February 11, 2015. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Edward Vincent was accused of violating firm policy regarding outside business activities.

Subsequent to Edward Vincent’s firing by LPL Financial LLC, FINRA investigated Edward Vincent and brought a disciplinary action against Edward Vincent. Edward Vincent was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on January 11, 2016. FINRA reports that Edward Vincent failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
