FINRA reports that an arbitration claim involving Doug Studer’s conduct with National Securities Corporation was filed, alleging unauthorized trading. This arbitration claim was settled for $60,010.

FINRA also reports that Doug Studer filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2010.
