From 2009 until 2013, Donna Beers was licensed with Titan Securities in Addison Texas. Titan Securities reported to FINRA that Donna Beers had a settled claim that alleged that Donna Beers recommended an investment into an LLC memorialized by a promissory note that Donna Beers did not satisfy.
Subsequent to Donna Beers’ misconduct, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Donna Beers. Donna Beers consented to a bar from the securities industry. Donna Beers consented to the entry of findings that she failed to provide on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA during an investigation into allegations that Donna Beers engaged in an undisclosed business activity and misused funds.
