Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Your Investment Losses on Puerto Rico Bonds or other Investments – Dennis Coral Suspended from Securities Industry
Dennis Coral has been licensed with International Assets Advisory, LLC since March 2017. Dennis Coral was formerly licensed with Kovack Securities, Inc., SunTrust Investment Services, Inc. and Morgan Stanley. Dennis Coral was suspended from the securities and investment banking industry for 15 days by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). FINRA reports that Dennis Coral consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Dennis Coral shared in losses sustained by Dennis Coral’s member firm’s customer by depositing $34,935 of Dennis Coral’s personal funds into the customer’s account. The findings stated that specifically, Dennis Coral deposited two checks drawn on Dennis Coral’s personal bank account in the amounts of $24,715 and $10,220, respectively, into the account of the firm’s customer. According to FIRNA, Dennis Coral deposited the checks in the customer’s account, without the firm’s prior knowledge or approval, and without having previously contributed to the account, to reimburse the customer for losses totaling approximately $34,934 sustained in connection with the customer’s purchases of Puerto Rican bond holdings that Dennis Coral recommended.
