Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Dennis Boyd McMurray (Dennis McMurray) Suspended by FINRA and Resigned from Girard Securities, Inc.
From 2013 until Dennis McMurray’s resignation in 2016, Dennis McMurray was licensed with Girard Securities, Inc. Dennis McMurray was previously licensed with LPL Financial LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Dennis McMurray resigned from Girard Securities, Inc. on August 17, 2016. Girard Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Dennis McMurray resigned after being accused of selling away private securities. LPL Financial LLC, Dennis McMurray’s previous employer, fired Dennis McMurray on September 20, 2013 for violation of the firm’s document signature policy.
Subsequent to Dennis McMurray’s termination, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Dennis McMurray. Dennis McMurray consented to a bar from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Dennis McMurray consented to the entry of findings that Dennis McMurray failed to provide FINRA-requested documents and information related to an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Dennis McMurray’s termination by Girard Securities, Inc.
