Deborah Sue Hofman (Debbie Hofman) a/k/a Debbie Smith and Deborah Smith, Fired by LPL Financial LLC – Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
From 2008 until Debbie Hofman’s firing in 2012, Debbie Hofman was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Debbie Hofman was fired by LPL Financial LLC on June 8, 2012. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Debbie Hofman was terminated by related bank for violation of the bank’s policy on falsifying bank documents.
FINRA also reports that a complaint involving Debbie Hofman’s conduct with LPL Financial LLC was filed, alleging misrepresentation by Debbie Hofman regarding the purchase of a brokered CD. This complaint was settled.
