According to FINRA’s records, Deborah Nuttycombe was fired by Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated on November 19, 2015. Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated reported to FINRA that Deborah Nuttycombe was accused of conduct involving failure to be forthcoming with management related to the review of a customer complaint, resulting in a loss of management’s confidence.
