From 2003 until David Gould’s resignation in 2015, David Gould was licensed with Allstate Financial Services, LLC. David Gould is now licensed with Sigma Financial Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, David Gould was permitted to resign from Allstate Insurance Company on August 28, 2015. Allstate Insurance Company reported to FINRA that David Gould was permitted to resign while under investigation for allegedly submitting a variable annuity application prepared by a Registered Representative of another broker-dealer and sharing commissions on said business with the Registered Representative of another broker-dealer.
