Goodman & Nekvasil P.A, May Recover Investor Losses – Daniel James Tromello (Daniel Tromello) Barred from Securities Industry and Permitted to Resign from Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc.
From 2014 until Daniel Tromello’s resignation in 2015, Daniel Tromello was licensed with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Daniel Tromello was permitted to resign from Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. on September 21, 2015. Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. reported to FINRA that Daniel Tromello was permitted to resign after being accused of communicating with an individual regarding various products/investments which were not approved by Daniel Tromello’s firm, after the firm was forwarded a suspicious letter which purported to verify the legitimacy of a foreign bond.
Subsequent to Daniel Tromello’s firing, FINRA brought a disciplinary action against Daniel Tromello. Daniel Tromello consented to a bar from the securities industry. FINRA reports that Daniel Tromello consented to the entry of findings that Daniel Tromello failed to appear for on-the-record testimony sought by FINRA.
