Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Clement Lancelot Chichester (Clement Chichester) a/k/a Clement Ignatius Chichester Fired by Western International Securities, Inc. and Barred from Securities Industry

From 2012 until Clement Chichester’s firing in 2017, Clement Chichester was licensed with Western International Securities, Inc. According to FINRA’s records, Clement Chichester was fired by Western International Securities, Inc. on October 5, 2017. Western International Securities, Inc. reported to FINRA that Clement Chichester accepted FINRA AWC for failure to respond.

On the same day as Clement Chichester’s firing by Western International Securities, Inc., FINRA investigated Clement Chichester and brought a disciplinary action against Clement Chichester. Clement Chichester was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on October 5, 2017. FINRA reports that Clement Chichester consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Clement Chichester failed to provide FINRA-requested documents and information after initially providing partial responses to a previous request in connection with FINRA’s investigation of Clement Chichester’s alleged receipt of funds from a customer of Clement Chichester’s member firm.
