From 2002 until Chris Kazan’s firing in 2015, Chris Kazan was licensed with Maxim Group LLC. Chris Kazan is now licensed with National Securities Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, Chris Kazan was fired by Maxim Group LLC on September 24, 2015. Maxim Group LLC reported to FINRA that Chris Kazan was fired due to allegations made by a customer regarding unsuitable transactions.

FINRA reports that two complaints involving Chris Kazan’s conduct with Maxim Group LLC were filed, alleging Chris Kazan recommended unsuitable securities and/or failed to execute an order to purchase stock. These two complaints both settled, with the largest settling for $85,000. Chris Kazan contributed $47,000 in total to these two settlements.
