According to FINRA records, Charles Bonilla was fired by Scottrade, Inc. on December 18, 2014. Scottrade, Inc. reported to FINRA that Charles Bonilla was discharged after Scottrade, Inc. determined that Charles Bonilla engaged in a business activity without receiving proper approval prior to the business activity.
