Chad Wiegand – Financial Advisor Chard Wiegand Pleads Guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Securities Fraud | Goodman & Nekvasil PA May Recover Investor Losses

Chad Wiegand was licensed with National Planning Corporation from 2008 to 2013. FINRA reports that the SEC barred Chad Wiegand from the securities industry for insider trading. FINRA also reports that on June 9, 2015, Chad Wiegand pled guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud.

FINRA also reports that Chad Wiegand was fired by National Planning Corporation on March 19, 2013. National Planning Corporation reported to FINRA that Chad Wiegand was fired after being accused of exercising trading discretion in clients’ account.
