From 2012 until Brad McDowell’s firing in 2016, Brad McDowell was licensed with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. Brad McDowell was previously licensed with Chase Investment Services Corp. and National Securities Corporation. According to FINRA’s records, Brad McDowell was fired by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC on June 17, 2016. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC reported to FINRA that Brad McDowell was accused of failing to secure confidential client information (non-securities related).

FINRA reports that three complaints and/or arbitration claims involving Brad McDowell’s conduct with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and/or National Securities Corporation were filed, alleging suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, and/or misrepresentation. These three complaints and/or arbitration claims were all settled.
