Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Losses on ETFs and/or Other Investments – Blake Martin Sallee (Blake Sallee) Formerly Licensed with LPL Financial LLC Barred from Securities Industry

Blake Sallee was licensed with LPL Financial LLC from July 2010 to October 2013. Blake Sallee was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on September 2, 2014. FINRA reports that Blake Sallee failed to respond to FINRA request for information.

FINRA also reports that Blake Sallee filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2009.

If you lost any money on ETFs and/or other investments with Blake Sallee, you may be able to recover your losses from LPL Financial LLC. This is because LPL Financial LLC had a duty to supervise Blake Sallee.

If you lost money on ETFs and/or other investments with Blake Sallee and believe that the investments may have been unsuitable or otherwise improper for you, we would like to discuss the possibility of your retaining our firm to represent you in an arbitration action against LPL Financial LLC concerning Blake Sallee’s conduct. There is no charge for an evaluation of your case. Further, we handle our cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that unless we recover money for you, we charge no attorney’s fee.
