Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses – Benjamin John Pritchett (Benjamin Pritchett) Fired by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and Barred from Securities Industry
From 2010 until Benjamin Pritchett’s firing in 2015, Benjamin Pritchett was licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Benjamin Pritchett was fired by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC on August 14, 2015. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC reported to FINRA that Benjamin Pritchett was discharged by Wells Fargo Bank, NA for accessing bank account records without a proper business purpose and providing the records to a third party in exchange for compensation.
Subsequent to Benjamin Pritchett’s firing by Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC, FINRA investigated Benjamin Pritchett and brought a disciplinary action against Benjamin Pritchett. Benjamin Pritchett was barred from the securities and investment banking industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on January 25, 2016. FINRA reports that Benjamin Pritchett failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
FINRA also reports that a complaint involving Benjamin Pritchett’s conduct with a prior employer, alleging unauthorized trading, was settled.
