From 2010 until Andrew Denney’s resignation in 2015, Andrew Denney was licensed with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. Andrew Denney is now licensed with LPL Financial LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Andrew Denney resigned from Cambridge Investment Research on October 29, 2015. Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. reported to FINRA that Andrew Denney was accused of sharing non-public, personal information with an unregistered person in violation of firm policy and Regulation S-P.

According to Andrew Denney, FINRA has initiated a formal investigation on November 3, 2017 related to disclosing nonpublic customer information and associating with an individual who is barred from the industry.
