According to FINRA’s records, Andrew Denney resigned from Cambridge Investment Research on October 29, 2015. Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. reported to FINRA that Andrew Denney was accused of sharing non-public, personal information with an unregistered person in violation of firm policy and Regulation S-P.
According to Andrew Denney, FINRA has initiated a formal investigation on November 3, 2017 related to disclosing nonpublic customer information and associating with an individual who is barred from the industry.
