Narinder Dutt was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with Farmers Financial Solutions, LLC., Proequities, Inc. and Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. According to Narinder Dutt’s BrokerCheck Report, three customer disputes have been filed alleging sales practice violations against Narinder Dutt.
Customer Dispute (12/23/19): Claimant alleges that Narinder Dutt solicited him to invest $50,000 in an investment contract that guaranteed him 5% interest for 6 months. Claimant alleges that he wrote check to a company controlled by Narinder Dutt. This customer dispute is pending.
Customer Dispute (9/26/19:): Claimants allege Narinder Singh induced them to invest $412,500 into an investment contracts with a company Narinder Singh controlled (Express Asset and Wealth Management, Inc.). Claimants allege first investment of $300,000 on or about Jan. 30, 2015 and second investment of $112,500 on or about Jan. 9, 2017. This customer dispute seeks $1,237,500 in damages.
Customer Dispute (9/24/19): Claimants allege Narinder Dutt invested their funds into a fraudulent investment that appears to have actually gone to business controlled by the representative. This customer dispute settled for $250,000.
