According to FINRA on June 16, 2015, Michael Trepedino, was barred after allegations that he refused to cooperate or provide requested information to FINRA. The findings stated that FINRA began an investigation into whether Trepedino was involved in an unreported outside business activity and failed to disclose to his member firm. As stated in his phone call with FINRA and by the acceptance, waiver and consent (AWC) agreement, Trepedino acknowledges that the received FINRA’S request and that he will not appear for on-the-record testimony at any time.
