Michael Siegel was a formerly licensed financial advisor with National Securities Corporation and Concorde Investment Services, LLC in New Jersey. FINRA reports that Michael Siegel was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on October 28, 2016. FINRA reports that Michael Siegel failed to respond to FINRA request for information.
FINRA reports that two arbitration claims involving Michael Siegel’s conduct with Concorde Investment Services LLC and National Securities Corp. were filed alleging misrepresentation, suitability, fraud, churning and/or forgery. These two arbitration claims settled for $250,000 and $150,000.
FINRA also reports than a complaint involving Michael Siegel’s conduct with National Securities Corp. was filed alleging misrepresentation, unauthorized trading and suitability.
