MICHAEL VINCENT RESTAGNO (CRD#: 5532695), a formerly employed by AEGIS CAPITAL CORP. in Garden City, NY, has three investor complaints. According to Restagno’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, the claimants with the pending complaint allege RR invested client funds in risky illiquid REITs.
The claimants are seeking $150,000.00 for alleged damages.
