MICHAEL HARTNAGEL JR. (CRD#: 6689914), a formerly registered broker for PRUCO SECURITIES, LLC., in Riverhead, NY, was discharged by his employer after allegations. PRUCO SECURITIES, LLC. alleged, that the registered representative did not personally complete his New York Continuing Education CE requirements; another individual took the exam portion of the CE on his behalf.
