Michael Dennis Jackson was formerly licensed with Securities America, Inc. from 2009 to 2017. FINRA reports that Michael Dennis Jackson was suspended from the securities industry in 2018. FINRA reports that Michael Dennis Jackson failed to respond to FINRA request for information.

FINRA reports that Michael Dennis Jackson was discharged from Securities America, Inc. in October 2017. Securities America, Inc. reported to FINRA that Michael Dennis Jackson violated Firm’s policies and procedures by engaging in discretionary trading in a client’s account held away from the Firm.

FINRA also reports that three complaints involving Michael Dennis Jackson’s conduct were filed, alleging overconcentration relating to an unsuitable investment, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation, breach of contract and/or poor investment strategy. These three complaints were all settled, with one complaint settling for $66,500.
