Meaghan Marie Johnson (Meaghan Johnson) was licensed with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC from 2010 to 2017. FINRA reports that Meaghan Johnson consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Meaghan Johnson failed to provide FINRA with documents and information and appear for on-the-record testimony relating to the internal review by her former member firm because a client complaint against Meaghan Johnson’s joint work partner, alleging forgeries of client signatures, raised questions concerning Meaghan Johnson’s possible involvement.
FINRA also reports that 9 customer complaints involving Meaghan Johnson’s conduct with Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, LLC have been settled. At least one of these complaints alleged that Meaghan Johnson and Meaghan Johnson’s joint work partner facilitated investments in a fund with Crescent Ridge Capital Partners. The customer alleged in this case that the individual operating this fund was charged in March 2017 for violations of federal laws in connection with his investment business.
