Matthew T Mierzycki (CRD#: 6102769), a registered broker for AMERIPRISE FINANCIAL SERVICES, LLC, in Round Rock, Texas, is suspended from the securities industry. Mierzycki consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that he exercised discretionary trading authority to effect trades in numerous customer accounts without first obtaining the prior written authorization of the customers. The findings stated that the Mierzycki’s member firm did not approve the accounts as discretionary accounts.
