According to Mark Sachse’s CRD, Mark Sachse was suspended on Mark 19, 2018 and discharged on Mark 22, 2018 due to company policy violations related to the code of conduct, including impersonation of home office personnel and providing misleading information to a client.
According to Mark Sachse’s CRD, a customer dispute was filed alleging sales practice violations against Mark Sachse. Plaintiff allegedly filed a putative class action complaint alleging securities fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. Plaintiff alleges that Mark Sachse recommended unsuitable investments, including trading on margin, and engaged in unauthorized trading. He alleges that the defendants and Sachse made false and fraudulent statements and failed to disclose material information. Plaintiff claims he suffered losses exceeding $450,000. According to Mark Sachse’s CRD, this customer dispute is pending and seeks $450,000 in damages.
