From 2001 until Mark Lamkin’s discharge in 2018, Mark Lamkin was licensed with LPL Financial LLC. According to FINRA’s records, Mark Lamkin was discharged from LPL Financial LLC on August 17, 2018. LPL Financial LLC reported to FINRA that Mark Lamkin allegedly received and/or benefitted from loans from LPL Financial LLC customers, failed to disclose and inadequately disclosed outside business activities, and personally engaged in and solicited other investors to participate in private investments without obtaining Firm approval.
FINRA reports that a complaint involving Mark Lamkin’s conduct with LPL Financial LLC was filed alleging excessive selling of annuities, misrepresenting or failing to disclose material facts, unsuitability of products and alteration of account profiles. This complaint is currently pending and alleges $153,554 in damages.
