Mark Cramer – Financial Advisor/Broker Mark Cramer Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Mark Cramer CRD #1313587

Mark Cramer is a currently licensed financial advisor with MML Investors Services LLC. Mark Cramer was previously licensed with MSI Financial Services, Inc.

According to FINRA, Mark Cramer was suspended from the securities industry for two months and fined $5,000 in September 2019.

According to FINRA Allegations:

In February 2017, while registered with MSI, Mark Cramer met with a prospective customer to discuss opening an IRA at MSI and purchasing a variable annuity. During that meeting, the customer completed and signed an application to purchase a variable annuity and documents required by MSI to open an IRA. However, the versions of the variable annuity application and account opening documents signed by the customer were outdated. Following the meeting, Mark Cramer forged the customer’s signature on updated versions of the variable annuity application and account opening documents. Mark Cramer subsequently submitted those documents to MSI for processing.

According to Mark Cramer’s CRD:

A customer dispute was filed alleging sales practice violations against Mark Cramer. The complainant alleges that in 2017, beginning when Mark Cramer was with his prior firm and continuing with his current firm, several of the documents that Mark Cramer sent to the carrier in relation to the complainant’s variable annuity purchase were forged. The complainant further alleges that Mark Cramer misrepresented information related to this variable annuity. This customer dispute was settled for $456,990.
