Since November 2010, Mark Trewitt has been licensed with VFG Securities, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim was filed during Mark Trewitt’s employment with VFG Securities, Inc. This arbitration claim involving Mark Trewitt’s conduct with VFG Securities, Inc. was settled for $25,000.

These claims allege negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, misrepresentation and unsuitability of investments, overconcentration, deceptive marketing practices, and/or breach of contract by Mark Trewitt while Mark Trewitt was with VFG Securities, Inc. and/or Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. The largest of these pending arbitration claims seek damages of $800,000, $500,000, $499,000, and $400,000.
