According to the Oklahoma Department of Securities:
Beginning in January 2019, Eric Smalls, on behalf of Manna Robotics, offered and sold Promissory Notes and Security agreements and Capital Stock to investors. The cease and deist letter issued by the State of Oklahoma alleges that Eric Smalls violated state law by selling MannaRobotics and misleading potential investors.
