Malcolm Segal – Financial Advisor/Broker Malcolm Segal Barred from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Malcolm Segal was a formerly licensed financial advisor with Aegis Capital Corp. According to Malcolm Segal’s BrokerCheck report, Malcolm Segal was barred from the securities industry in November 2014.
According to FINRA: Malcolm Segal consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Malcolm Segal failed to provide documents and information and appear for testimony as requested by FINRA. The findings stated that FINRA was investigating allegations that Malcolm Segal transferred Malcom Segal’s member firm customer funds via wire to an outside business under Malcolm Segal’s control.
According to Malcolm Segal’s BrokerCheck Report, eight customer disputes alleging sales practice violations against Malcolm Segal have been settled. One of these customer disputes settled for $580,000.
