Louis Goff charged with FRAUD by the SEC  – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., May Recover Investor Losses

Former WELLS FARGO CLEARING SERVICES, LLC, broker, Louis Goff charged with FRAUD by the SEC.

Louis Peter Goff (CRD#4882759), a former registered broker and financial adviser for WELLS FARGO CLEARING SERVICES, LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah, has agreed to pay a civil penalty of  $60,000, according to a recent SEC order.

The Commission’s complaint alleged that Goff made false statements about investors’ account values.
