Linda Lucille Sokol Francis (CRD#: 811073), a former broker for LPL FINANCIAL LLC in BROOKFIELD, IL, was terminated. LPL FINANCIAL LLC alleged that Francis utilized discretion in brokerage accounts without written authorization.
FINRA subsequently barred Linda Francis indefinitely. According to FINRA, Without admitting or denying the findings, Sokol Francis consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that she refused to provide documents and information requested by FINRA into connection to its investigation of allegations made by her member firm on a Form U5 filing. The findings stated that Sokol Francis was discharged because she utilized discretion in brokerage accounts without written authorization.
