Larry Fawcett was licensed with Westpark Capital, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Larry Fawcett was previously licensed with Salomon Whitney Financial from 2013-2015. WestPark Capital, Inc. reported to FINRA that Larry Fawcett was discharged on March 2, 2018. WestPark Capital, Inc. reported to FINRA that Larry Fawcett allegedly conducted business from a non-disclosed location and made false representations to the firm.
Larry Fawcett was barred from the securities and investment banking industry on March 26, 2018. FINRA reports that Larry Fawcett consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that Larry Fawcett failed to produce documents and information requested by FINRA and failed to appear for on-the-record testimony, in connection with an investigation regarding his outside business activities.
