Allegations include that Kyle Gardner advised to purchase two REITs and omitted that the product was not redeemable. Alleges further that in 2015 Kyle Gardner advised to close an individual account holding mutual funds to offset current loss and reinvested the funds in the same position. This customer dispute was settled for $21,686.13
