Kirk Crossen Has An Investor Complaint – Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A., May Recover Investor Losses
Former Morgan Stanley financial adviser, Kirk Crossen has an investor complaint, and is now named in a FINRA Complaint.
was 84 years old and suffering from the onset of dementia, according to the FINRA Complaint.
KIRK JAMES CROSSEN (CRD#: 2742256), a formerly registered broker for RAYMOND JAMES & ASSOCIATES, INC. in Carmel, IN, has a pending investor complaint. According to Crossen’s FINRA BrokerCheck report, Claimant alleged, inter alia, that the investments strategy executed in the client’s account was unsuitable 2022-2023. The claimant is requesting $6,000,000.00 for alleged damages.
RAYMOND JAMES & ASSOCIATES, INC. subsequently terminated Crossen based on allegations that the individual alleged to have lacked candor during inquiry into loan from the individuals’ former client at prior firm. Kirk J Crossen was previously employed by Morgan Stanley.
