Kevin Kimball Meadows (Kevin Meadows) – Financial Advisor/Broker Kevin Meadows Suspended from Securities Industry | Goodman & Nekvasil, P.A. May Recover Investor Losses
Kevin Meadows was a previously licensed financial advisor/broker with IBN Financial Services, Inc., Lombard Securities Inc. and Cape Securities, Inc. According to FINRA, Kevin Meadows was suspended from the securities industry for three months in February 2020.
According to FINRA Allegations:
Kevin Meadows consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that he excessively and unsuitably traded a senior customer’s accounts that resulted in a loss of approximately $39,671. The findings stated that Kevin Meadows controlled the trading in these accounts by recommending almost all of the trades. Kevin Meadows’ trading in the customer’s accounts was excessive and unsuitable given the customer’s financial circumstances and investment objectives.
