Customer Dispute 11/22/19: Customer alleges that between 2011 and 2019 advisor made unauthorized and unsuitable purchases of thinly traded shares of medley capital corporation resulting in more than 50% concentration in the customer’s account. This customer dispute is pending.

Customer Dispute 4/19/19: Claimants allege that between 2012 and the present, advisor engaged in fraudulent transactions in unsuitable and risky investments, including the unauthorized use of margin. This customer dispute is pending.
