Josh Gottlieb CRD #3160206

Josh Gottlieb was previously registered with Benefit Funding Services, LLC in Woodland Hills, CA. FINRA reports that Josh Gottlieb was barred from the securities industry in May 2017.  According to FINRA, Josh Gottlieb consented to the sanction and to the entry of findings that during the course of an ongoing FINRA examination, Josh Gottlieb did not respond fully to FINRA’s request for information and documents and stated that he will not appear for an on-the-record testimony requested by FINRA. The findings stated that FINRA began an examination of outside business activities that Josh Gottlieb had disclosed to his member firm to determine, among other things, whether Josh Gottlieb may have participated in private securities transactions or otherwise acted in violation of FINRA rules.
