Joseph P Peduzzi (CRD#: 2350899), a  formerly registered broker for MORGAN STANLEY in Pittsburgh, PA,  was terminated by his employer.  MORGAN STANLEY, Inc alleged that the registered representative had conducted transactions in clients’ accounts without receiving verbal confirmation immediately beforehand, as well as failing to timely escalate a client complaint.
