Since March 2009, Joseph Zenker has been licensed with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. FINRA reports that an arbitration claim has been filed during Joseph Zenker’s employment with Raymond James & Associates, Inc., alleging negligence and breach of fiduciary duty and contract by Joseph Zenker. This claim was settled by Raymond James & Associates, Inc. for $235,000. FINRA also reports that a second arbitration claim involving Joseph Zenker’s conduct with Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is currently pending.
Prior to these two arbitration claims, FINRA reports that a third arbitration claim involving Joseph Zenker was filed in 2010. The claimant alleged breach of fiduciary duty, common law fraud, negligence, breach of contract, unsuitable investments, misrepresentation, and omissions by Joseph Zenker while Joseph Zenker was employed with Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. This case did not settle and proceeded to final hearing. The arbitration panel issued a $12,500 award against Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.
