JOHNATHAN ERVIN GRASSER (CRD#: 6197393), a formerly registered broker for FARMERS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC, in LOS LUNAS, NM, was discharged by his employer after allegations. FARMERS FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS, LLC alleged, RR failed to report Outside Business Activity (OBA) violating Firm policy/procedure and regulatory requirement. RR further refused to sign and acknowledge the Letter of Caution (LOC) for late reporting after the Firm declined to approve the OBA.
