John Vedovino, John Anthony Vedovino CRD #6113995

John Vedovino formerly licensed with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC in New Jersey. According to John Vedovino’s CRD, John Vedovino was suspended from the securities industry in July 2017.

According to FINRA: John Vedovino was named a respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that John Vedovino converted $3,427.93 from his member firm’s affiliated bank by making automatic teller machine withdrawals, debit card transactions, and credit card transactions and then fraudulently claiming to the bank that he had not made those transactions. The complaint alleges that explicitly, Vedovino maintained personal bank and credit card accounts with the bank. The bank provided Vedovino a debit and a credit card linked to his accounts. On 20 occasions John Vedovino used his bank debit card and bank credit card to effect transactions totaling $3,727.93. John Vedovino’s filed the fraudulent claims with the bank after each of the 20 debit card and credit card transactions. The bank reimbursed Vedovino the $3,427.93 for 19 of the debit card and credit card transactions. Vedovino was not entitled to the reimbursement of funds because he himself had made the transactions. The complaint also alleges that Vedovino failed to appear and provide on-the-record testimony and failed to provide documents as requested by FINRA.
