Our Firm has learned that John Pronovost may have recommended his clients to invest in LJM Preservation and Growth Fund. LJM Preservation and Growth Fund was allegedly not focused on capital preservation but instead exposed investors to unacceptably high risk of catastrophic loss.
According to John Pronovost’s BrokerCheck report, John Pronovost has been a licensed financial advisor with Cambridge Investment Research, Inc. since 2008. According to John Pronovost’s BrokerCheck report, a customer dispute has been filed alleging sales practice violations against John Pronovost.
Customer Dispute 10/3/19: Claims represented by an attorney verbally alleged purchases of unsuitable investments were made in clients’ accounts. This customer dispute was settled for $107,981.
