John Bryant is a currently licensed financial advisor with American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc. John Bryant was a previously licensed financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC. According to John Bryant’s BrokerCheck Report, John Bryant was discharged from Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC in February 2018. Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC reported that John Bryant was discharged for alleged concerns relating to a similar trading pattern used for multiple clients with varying ages and profiles in positions in which John Bryant was also investing.
According to John Bryant’s CRD, one customer dispute was filed alleging sales practice violations against John Bryant.
Customer Dispute (11/7/2016): Customer alleged that John Bryant did not disclose the risks associated with the investment. This customer dispute was settled for $20,000.
