Goodman & Nekvasil P.A., May Recover Investor Losses | John Andrew Kasel (John Kasel), Financial Advisor Suspended from Securities Industry
John Kasel has been licensed with U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. since 2016. John Kasel was previously licensed with KMS Financial Services, Inc. FINRA reports that John Kasel was suspended from the securities industry on 3/4/2019. FINRA reports that John Kasel consented to the sanctions and to the entry of findings that John Kasel engaged in an unapproved outside business activity by actively managing a customer’s real estate properties, for which John Kasel received a total of at least $26,500 in compensation. The findings stated that John Kasel never disclosed these outside business activities to his member firm, even though its procedures required him to do so. In addition, John Kasel incorrectly responded on firm annual compliance questionnaires that he had no outside business activities.
